Cupping my Face!

As a lifelong Beauty Professional, I have always experimented on myself! I spend time and money on my skin, I try different treatments and products so that I gain knowledge that I can pass onto others, not just customers but friends and family too. I cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day I use SPF, but I now also use an eye serum morning and night too, exfoliate three times a week and do a mask at least once a week.

I am not even remotely tempted to go down the route of injectables or even surgery, but like everyone else, my skin is againg (as is the rest of me too) did you see the 80 year old lady that got a facelift all over the press last week? her face looked good, but her neck looked 80, and the risk of death might of put off most people?

So what can I do, well microdermabrasion is absolutely flipping brillaint at resurfacing the skin, giving it a fresh and clean looking glow, no matter what your age! it also has a firming effects becuase the suction causes increased collagen production. This is absolutely my go to treatment, getting it regularly makes a big difference.

I was reminded last week about facial cupping, I did cover it on the soft cupping course and I did have it included in a facial at some point but I've never really used it on myself, but I am now and having used it 4 times in the last week with a little bit of creamy cleanser I think it is making a difference to the contours of my face. It does make my skin go really pink, just as it does on the body and I can really feel it working around my jaw, in a facial in would do quite a lot of massage to this area, so the cups are doing it for me!

I am going to keep it up for a few more weeks to see how I get on, but i'm really happy with what I am seeing so far!
